The IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) is a transnational society with more than 14,000 members and 200 chapters worldwide. MTT-S promotes the advancement of microwave theory and its applications, including RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz technologies.
This is an all-volunteer society, driven to excellence by its leadership and with the active participation of all its world-wide members. The activities sponsored by the MTT-S include a broad spectrum of conferences, workshops, tutorials, technical committees, chapter meetings, publications and professional education programs.
