Have you checked your passport’s expiration date recently? Make sure the date is
at least six months after IMS, and then get started on acquiring your visa — it’s
never too early! You can also check to see if you qualify for the Visa Waiver
Program, which allows nationals from 43 countries to travel to the U.S. without a
visa. If you don’t, we provide visa letters to help you with the process.

About the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society

The IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S) is a transnational society with more than 14,000 members and 200 chapters worldwide. MTT-S promotes the advancement of microwave theory and its applications, including RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz technologies.

This is an all-volunteer society, driven to excellence by its leadership and with the active participation of all its world-wide members. The activities sponsored by the MTT-S include a broad spectrum of conferences, workshops, tutorials, technical committees, chapter meetings, publications and professional education programs.
